    Connecting to the Lacie DVD Burner (Apple)


    Steps to connecting to the MacBook

    1. Place the drive on a flat surface to work correctly.

    2. Plug the power supply to the wall or power strip.

    3. Attach the power cable into the back of the DVD burner.

    4. Turn on the power on (power switch on the back of the Lacie).

    5. Attach the USB cable to the back of the Lacie.

    6. Plug the USB end of the cable to the MacBook.

    To insert a CD or DVD



    1. Push the Open/Close button on the front of the Lacie.1

    2. Insert the CD or DVD in the center of the tray, label side or print side of the disk up up.

    3. Push the Open/Close button to close the tray.

    It is not recommended that you push the tray closed.

    Never force the tray open. It can cause damage to the DVD Burner.
