The Campbell Repair Unit of OIIT's Ed Tech Operations provides on-site technology support to all Boston Public School locations. If you are in need of assistance, you must first call the Ed Tech Service Desk at 617-635-9200. The Service Desk will attempt to resolve your problem over the phone. If your call requires a technician to come to your location, every effort is made to respond to non-urgent calls within 5 - 7 business days.
"The Shop" is open Monday - Friday from 8am-3pm. Users who are in need of assistance from the repair shop should first contact the Service Desk in order to obtain a Work Order number. Technicians will be unable to assist until a Work Order number is created.
