The OIIT Ed Tech Operations unit is pleased to announce our new "How-To" initiative created to inform BPS technology users on basic technology solutions and tips to try on their own. These solutions are based on frequent incoming service requests to the OIIT Service Desk and will be updated monthly.
The Service Desk team received 1,962 calls during the month of June. The unit resolved 89% of all incoming calls to the service desk hotline! Click here to see last month's top 10 calls!
