    Saving document as a PDF file. There are two ways to accomplish this.

    1. In Word select File

    2. Save As...

    3. Select PDF




    The second way to save a word document as a PDF file.

    To use this feature...
    1. In Word select File

    2. Select Print

    3. Look for the PDF Icon in the left bottom corner

    4. Click on the down arrow to get a drop down menu

    5. Select PDF
