Can't E-Mail Docs Directly from Word or Excel
Run the Detect and Repair tool from Add or Remove Programs

1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
3. Click Microsoft Office, and then click change.
4. Click Repair and then click continue.
Reboot your computer and test if you have the same issues. If the issue persists, please move to the next step.
