    Preview is a powerful program that allow the user to not only reformat file extensions, it also provides customization of pages in a PDF document. In Preview, the order of pages may be moved around to meet the user's specific needs.


    Make sure the sidebar is turned on. You will be able to see the document and thumbnails in a right scroll bar.

    Screen Shot of PDF Pages in SidebarTo move pages around, it is as easy as clicking on a page and drag it to the new position in the document. Page 3 can become page 1, or you can delete pages you don't need and then save it as a new document.
