    Bodily-Kinesthetic

    Kinesthetic learners learn best by moving their bodies, activating their large or small muscles as they learn. These are the "hands-on learners" or the "doers" who actually concentrate better and learn more easily when movement is involved. These learners benefit from physical activity, hands-on tasks, and constructing things. These students are able to express ideas through movement. They like to act, manipulate objects, operate the mouse, take pictures, and be involved physically in a project. Websites to encourage learning for Bodily-Kinesthetic students:

    1. A virtual world that taps into mouse manipulation, typing, and manipulating objects on the screen
    2. An enchanting virtual world where students can interact with historical figures
    3. A virtual world that teaches children about global warming
    4. Augmented reality site that lets students manipulate Google Earth objects by using a web cam and print out. As students move the paper, the virtual model on the screen adjusts accordingly
    5. Another augmented reality site that shows students a digital hologram of smart grid technology
    6. Children will learn about geography while donating water to impoverished countries
    7. An interactive site to learn about English, Math and Science
    8. Children can learn about different subject areas while donating rice to poor nations
    9. SIm Sweatshop teaches children about economics
    10. ElectroCity is a new online computer game that lets players manage their own virtual towns and cities.
    11. Students will learn about art while having fun
    12. Student can improve their skills in multiple areas with this multi-curricular focused website
    13. Google offers students a way to create, modify, and share 3D models
    14. Students can take advantage of the world's largest flashcard database
    15. Online database of interactive resources by grade level
