Learn what to check if nothing comes out of your printer when you try to print.
Make sure you used the printer you expected to use. Choose Print again and check the name of the printer in the Printer pop-up menu. For example, if you are using a shared printer and it is not available, Print Center selects a different printer.
Check that the printer is turned on, has paper in its tray, and is displaying its normal status lights. See your printer's documentation for more information.
Make sure that print jobs for the printer are not stopped in Print Center. Open Print Center, select the printer, and choose Show Jobs from the Printers menu. Check the Status column to see if a print job is holding up the queue. If it is, delete the job.
In addition, check the status message next to the printer's icon in the top half of the printer jobs window. If it says "Jobs Stopped," choose Start Jobs from the Printers menu.
Updated drivers on our most popular models are available to all users within each schools "installs" folder. For users faced with incorrect output errors, try updating your driver on your computer system. This should fix your issue!
